This Privacy Policy describes how ELE Consulting Inc., doing business as Wage Counsel Group ("WCG," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and discloses information in connection with your use of wagecounselgroup.com (the "Site").

This Privacy Policy applies only to the Site. It does not apply to PunchGuard™, our separate software product, which is governed by its own privacy policy available at wagecounselgroup.com. If you are a PunchGuard customer or end user, please refer to that policy for how your data is handled within the application.

1. No Attorney-Client Relationship

 Use of this Site, submission of a contact form, or any communication through the Site does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and David Ehrlich, ELE Consulting Inc., or Wage Counsel Group. An attorney-client relationship is formed only through a signed engagement letter. Do not send confidential or time-sensitive information through this Site until an engagement has been established.

2. Information We Collect

Information You Provide Directly

- **Contact and consultation requests:** When you submit a form on the Site, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, phone number, firm or company name, and the content of your message.

- **Email correspondence:** If you email us directly, we retain that correspondence and any information you include in it.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain information, including:

- IP address and approximate location

- Browser type and device information

- Pages visited, time on page, and referring/exit pages

- Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 3)


We use this information in aggregate to understand Site usage and are not attempting to identify individual visitors from it, except where directly connected to a form submission or email.

 The Site may use cookies and similar technologies (such as web analytics tags) to operate the Site and to understand how visitors use it. This may include third-party analytics services (e.g., a web analytics provider) that use cookies to compile aggregate usage statistics. 

You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. Disabling cookies may affect some Site functionality. The Site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

4. How We Use Information

 We use the information described above to:

- Understand aggregate visitor trends and Site performance

- Comply with legal obligations

- Communicate with you about our services, where you have contacted us

We do not share contact form submissions or consultation requests with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We retain information collected through the Site for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, maintain business records, and comply with legal, accounting, and professional responsibility obligations. Correspondence related to a prospective or actual engagement may be retained consistent with California attorney recordkeeping obligations.

7. Your Privacy Rights (California Residents)

 Depending on the volume and nature of our data processing, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), may give California residents certain rights, including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.

To make a request regarding your information, contact us using the information in Section 11. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information submitted through the Site. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

 The Site is not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can address it.

10. Third-Party Links

 The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including PunchGuard's application domain. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party sites, and this Policy does not apply to them. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site you visit.
